Private Host Ltd. takes all abuse and complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about a customer's server or feel that one of our customer's servers has been compromised, please email us at the following email address:

Private Host Ltd. is not responsible for the content that customers publish on their websites nor can we police each and every webpage that is published using our resources.
As such, we encourage you to report any potential violations of the law, our terms and conditions or the rights of others, using the resources of our network. We will attempt to respond to, investigate and resolve each complaint we receive.
Private Host Ltd. protects customer information and any information stored or transmitted that may be personally identifiable. Private Host Ltd. will not disclose confidential information under any circumstance.
You may approach your attorney for assistance if we decide not to act upon your complaint and send us a take-down order issued by Belize court.
